「词与诗」重视你的隐私。本政策说明 App 在提供每日英语、古诗词、朗读和桌面小组件功能时如何处理数据。
我们不会收集个人身份信息
App 不要求注册或登录，不主动收集姓名、手机号、邮箱、通讯录、精确位置、照片、麦克风内容或支付信息。
设备本地保存的数据
为了提供学习体验，App 会在你的设备本地保存已掌握、收藏、喜欢、浏览进度、自动播报、语速、音量、桌面图标、小组件设置、图片缓存和内容缓存等数据。
这些数据主要保存在设备本地，部分小组件展示所需的数据会保存在 App 与 Widget 共享的本地 App Group 容器中。我们不会把这些学习记录上传到自有服务器。
联网与第三方服务
App 的部分内容需要联网获取，例如每日英语图文、每日诗词、在线词典释义、在线诗词搜索和语义配图。根据功能需要，App 可能请求 GitHub Raw、Free Dictionary API、在线诗词接口、Openverse 或图片兜底服务等第三方服务。
App 不会主动向第三方服务发送你的姓名、手机号、邮箱、通讯录或精确位置。第三方服务在处理网络请求时，可能按其自身规则接收 IP 地址、设备网络信息、请求时间、User-Agent 等基础技术信息。
朗读功能
朗读功能使用 iOS 系统提供的语音合成能力。App 不录音，不上传你的语音，也不会访问麦克风。
广告与追踪
当前版本不接入广告 SDK，不进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪，不使用 IDFA 进行广告跟踪。
儿童隐私
App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集个人信息。如监护人认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

Ci Yu Shi respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles data when providing daily English, poetry cards, speech playback, and home screen widgets.
We Do Not Collect Personal Identity Information
The app does not require account registration or login. We do not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone content, or payment information.
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide the learning experience, the app stores learning records, mastered cards, favorites, liked poems, browsing progress, speech preferences, volume, app icon choice, widget settings, image cache, and content cache locally on your device.
Some widget data is stored in the local App Group container shared by the app and its Widget extension. We do not upload these learning records to our own server.
Network Access and Third-Party Services
Some features require network access, such as daily illustrated English content, daily poems, online dictionary results, online poem search, and related images. The app may request third-party services such as GitHub Raw, Free Dictionary API, online poetry APIs, Openverse, or fallback image services.
The app does not actively send your name, phone number, email address, contacts, or precise location to these third-party services. When processing network requests, third parties may receive technical information such as your IP address, device network information, request time, and User-Agent according to their own policies.
Speech Playback
Speech playback uses the speech synthesis capability provided by iOS. The app does not record audio, upload your voice, or access the microphone.
Advertising and Tracking
The current version does not include advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use IDFA for advertising tracking.
Children's Privacy
The app is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If a guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
