1. The Service

EarthEye is a mobile application that lets you explore a 3D globe, live webcams, and related informational layers. Features may change over time.

2. Third-Party Content

Live cameras, weather, wildlife observations, and other map data come from third-party sources. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or content. Streams may go offline, move, or show delayed imagery without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services, scrape data in abusive ways, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

4. No Warranty

EarthEye is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any camera or data layer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EarthEye or third-party content shown in the app.

6. Apple App Store

If you obtained EarthEye from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard EULA / App Store terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for support or claims related to the app, except as required by Apple’s terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
