A live camera won’t play
Third-party webcams can go offline or expire temporary player links. Try another camera or reopen the app later.
Location doesn’t work
Open iOS Settings → EarthEye → Location, and allow While Using the App. Location is optional.
Weather or wildlife looks empty
Zoom in or move the globe. Some layers need a closer view or may be temporarily unavailable from the data provider.
