Scope and developer
This policy is provided by the developer, 聪 田, and covers the Video To Live Photo website and the functions described for app version 2.0.1. Older versions may process data differently; also refer to the policy in your version and its App Store privacy information. The version shown on this website may not yet be available in your region.
Photos, videos and on-device processing
With your Photos permission, the app reads accessible videos or Live Photos so you can select, crop, trim, create and preview. In version 2.0.1, this core processing takes place on your device. We do not upload your source video, crop result or generated files to our servers for these functions.
Read permission allows the app to show and process selected media; add permission allows it to save results to Photos. You can change Photos access in iOS Settings. Selection or saving may not work without the required permission. If an original is stored only in iCloud, the Photos system may need to download it from Apple; this is separate from uploading to the developer.
Purchases and restoration
Apple processes purchases. The app uses StoreKit to load products, verify transactions and restore eligible purchases. We do not collect your payment-card details, Apple Account password or full payment information through the app. Apple handles purchase information under its own policies.
Version 2.0.1 does not require a developer account.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
Version 2.0.1 does not enable third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs or send usage data to those services. This statement is specific to version 2.0.1, not other apps or historical versions.
Local files and sharing
Creation and previews use temporary files on your device, including video clips, still images and paired Live Photo resources. The system may clear temporary files when appropriate. Uninstalling the app removes data in its local container; works saved to Photos must be managed or deleted in Photos.
If you choose to share a result through the system share sheet, the selected app or service receives the file and processes it under its own policy. Your Apple settings control iCloud Photos synchronization.
Website visits and support email
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no third-party analytics scripts and requires no login. To serve pages, maintain security and investigate errors, our server and hosting service may process ordinary access logs, such as IP address, request time, path, browser information and response status. These records are not used for cross-site advertising tracking.
If you email us, we process your email address, issue description and any materials you choose to attach to respond, troubleshoot and maintain the service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary private photos or videos.
Retention, sharing and safeguards
Your device, Photos library and system settings manage local media. Support emails and necessary server records are retained only as needed for support, security or applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal information. Necessary service providers, such as email and hosting providers, may process information to provide their services; disclosures may also be made when required by law.
The website is served over HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can revoke Photos access, delete saved works, uninstall the app or email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided through support. We handle requests under applicable law and may reasonably verify your identity. We cannot delete information held on your device or by Apple on your behalf.
Children and policy updates
This app is a general utility and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected. If features or data practices change, we will update this page and its date, and provide appropriate notice when needed.
