How do I create and set a Live Photo wallpaper?
- Open the app and choose a video or supported Live Photo from Photos.
- Crop if needed, select a timeline segment and generate a preview.
- Save the generated Live Photo to Photos. Version 2.0.1 requires lifetime unlock for saving and sharing.
- On your iPhone, open Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper and select the Live Photo. If iOS offers a motion control, enable it and finish setup.
Steps can vary by iOS version. See Apple’s Live Photo wallpaper guide.
Why can’t I find my video?
Check Settings → Apps → Video To Live → Photos. On earlier iOS versions, look under Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. With limited access, add the video to the allowed selection. If it is stored only in iCloud, download the original in Photos first.
Why doesn’t my saved Lock Screen move?
Check that you saved a Live Photo and used the iOS Live Photo wallpaper flow. Try a clear, shorter clip with moderate movement, regenerate and set it again. iOS may reject some sources for motion. A playable in-app preview does not guarantee that iOS will enable Lock Screen motion. Results also depend on your device and system version.
What if generation or saving fails?
Check Photos write permission and available storage, and make sure any iCloud original has downloaded. Keep the app in the foreground and try a shorter segment or another video. If the problem continues, send your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and error message.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the Apple Account used for the in-app purchase. Open the app’s purchase panel and choose Restore Purchases. An internet connection is required. Version 2.0.1 restores its one-time in-app lifetime unlock; it does not automatically convert a historical paid app download into an in-app entitlement. Contact us before purchasing again if you are unsure.
Where do I check pricing, refunds and available versions?
The App Store shows the version available for download, its price and in-app purchases. Website screenshots and some descriptions refer to 2.0.1 and may precede its store release. Refer to your installed version and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are my videos uploaded to a server?
The core conversion in version 2.0.1 runs on device and does not upload source videos or generated files to our servers for creation. Optional sharing, iCloud Photos synchronization and contacting support are separate activities. Read the Privacy Policy.
